“We loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in the door everything was as advertised and more. The home was gorgeous, clean, stocked and the beds were so comfortable. The view was breathtaking and the location was amazing. It was perfect for my daughter and her friends to go out to the beach and enjoy the day or drive to local hot spots to enjoy shopping and entertainment. As for myself and my friend we were in the perfect location to enjoy bike week. Everything was a short ride away.……

“Nice two bedroom condo, master bed was uncomfortable. Management Anchor Away was first class team. Lighting could be updated but all and all the great place to stay. I would never stay here again because there is no grill to cook steaks and seafood.”

“We were in PCB for the Half Ironman event, held at Edgewater Resort. The villa on the golf course was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space, clean and the host was very responsive when we needed to contact her about something minor. We enjoyed the pools in the resort and the easy access to the beautiful beach. “We visited with our 2 kids (3 and 4). The apartment was clean and well prepared. Location about 15 / 20minute walk form the beach but we took the car and could park next to the pool and beach access. The patio is small and not really for use as there are too many mosquitoes. Kitchen well equipped and Internet and TV worked great Overall great stay And would recommend !”

“I don’t have enough words to express how pleased I am with the villa and property manager. Crystal went above and beyond to accommodate our stay after a terrible experience with my original oceanfront condo with mold. We were unable to stay in the unit for safety reasons. As I looked for another unit, I was so hesitant I’d have the same experience again. Crystal made the process seamless from initial contact. She made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed, and even made sure we made……

“My wife and our golden retriever stayed at this beautiful condo for 6 days. The space was easy to find, the security was nice, and the neighborhood beautiful. The condo itself was absolutely perfect! Clean, fully furnished with anything you could need, quite, and faced the harbor which gave constant stunning views from inside because of the massive back glass doors. The massive patio was used every day for working, relaxing, dining, and reflecting. We'd go to the St. Andrews park/beach every……

“The house was great, very nice, well stocked, and was plenty big for our party. There was even a place for us to play Pictionary. The pool is very nice. In a quiet neighborhood. The only downfall for us was the location, the drive to the beach took us around 30 minutes or longer depending on traffic.”

“This property was amazing! We were attending a wedding at Edgewater and didn’t want to be too far away. This 3 bedroom was perfect. The Villa was beautiful and clean, and had everything you could need for your stay. The wall of windows in the front room and front bedroom made for a great view. Would definitely stay again.”
