"Very unique property with nice attention to detail. Very clean and well presented. Lovely courtyard with beautifully manicured pond and fauna. If you need an outdoor area to sit comfortably and have a cigar and a glass of wine, this property certainly has it. One caveat, if there is no functioning pool on the property then they should not advertise as having a pool. "The room was very good, everything worked. Loved the cartridge coffee and tea machine. No iron or ironing board. They have a pool, but I didn’t find a fitness room. Convenient, 10 minute walk to train station 5 minutes to downtown, nice walking path along river. Good bar and restaurant. "

"ICE packs for medicine need to be placed in the freezer not the refrigerator. The front desk person was asked to place two ice packs into the hotel freezer so they would be ready for our journey back home. They were not frozen in the morning and expensive medicine had to be disposed of. Train your front staff better please. Do as the customer asks."
