This property needs an update, and a new cleaning staff. I have never in my life, been in a motel this beat up and dirty. I actually checked the bed for bed bugs because I was so concerned. The carpets in the hallway looked like they hadn’t been clean in years, and the room carpet was also not clean. There was a bottle cap in the middle floor, and I was immediately grossed out. Fortunately we were at wedding festivities all Weekend long, so we only slept in the room. But we definitely felt catfished by the photos online. I will not return.

I e been going here for awhile both business and pleasure. Great staff WONDERFUL surroundings. And if you get a 2nd floor room facing the HS , you can catch a football or baseball game! lol! Rooms are a little dated but that just adds to its charm IMHO. Truly a hidden gem!

Good affordable place to stay. Decent sized rooms but dates. Very clean and nice staff. Only issue is no ice machines in actually staying building have to walk to the main building. Also from town it is a 20 mins walk or 5 min uber.

Came here for one night, upon finding our room, the door handle was broke and we had to move it a certain way for it to work and open. The room smelled like old military housing (moldy and old). When taking a shower there was a burst of brown water… had to keep the water running till it went away. It was really just an okay stay overall. Next time I’ll spent an extra 20 dollars to get something better

An old fashioned hotel that reminds me of the eastcoast's family summer camps. Comfortable & safe. Windows open! Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is close to downtown Los Gatos, which offers amazing food options. The walk itself is and lovely. Breakfast is pretty much a no-go, but so what. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The rooms were terribly out of date. One electrical outlet in the room did not function, but had a lamp plugged into it, which was missing the switch to turn it on. The thermostat and wall furnace were very old. The bathroom was very small and the fixtures were old. The old single-pane windows let in a lot of noise. All the furniture was worn and dinged up.

Gorgeous grounds, very clean room and private. Security patrolled the lot which set my mind at ease as I was traveling with a Penske 12' box truck loaded with a client's belongings for a professional move.

The room was so warm when I first walked in, temp set at 75. It took me 2 hours to cool it down. Early in the morning my sleep was interrupted with other guests speaking very loudly. I wouldn't stay here again.

My first time staying there & it was goid. I liked that it was very quiet & it has a gym. It was only 5 minutes away from my son's doctor's appointment. When i went inside to check in, i liked how the front desk people make you feel welcome. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Property. My bed is old and slumps badly at one side where people sit most of the time and Way To Soft for an elderly that needs a more firm Bed!!!
