Right on the river, we we're able to kill time w some nice walks. We could see the cruise port from our bed. If I find myself in long beach again we will book.

It was a pretty property just wish there was a shuttle to the pier or have more restaurant options in or around the area

Friendly and welcoming staff across the hotel. A complimentary breakfast, which was a nice surprise, the only downside is that there are no facilities immediately around the hotel. It is, however, 20 minutes walk across the bridge to Long Beach.

Front desk staff was great. Very welcoming and accommodating when we asked to check in early and later asked for them to hold our luggage after checkout. Red bus/Passport route stops at the hotel which made for free rides to and from Shoreline Village.

The property was hard to get to. Our driver that lived in California struggled to figure out how to get to this property. We had a friend who came to pick us up for dinner and struggled to get to this property. It was a great hotel but terrible to get to.

Quiet and a bit away from downtown, but very easy to access downtown Long Beach by the bridge. Nice walking trail nearby. Rooms large and well appointed.

very nice clean room and hotel. included breakfast was great. there are no amenities directly around the hotel but it is only a short walk, scooter, or car across the bridge to lots of options

We stayed one night before our cruise. Hotel is very clean with large rooms, kitchens with full fridge and great views of the port. Staff is friendly and check-in was seamless. There was a good variety of options for breakfast.

Ceiling light fixture leaked onto the kitchen floor overnight and I slipped in a puddle I couldn’t see. The staff was friendly but they didn't do anything but remove my parking for 1 day for me slipping in a puddle of water that leaked from their light fixture. I also took a video. As far as views it’s beautiful at night, but there was also a lot of trash in the harbor and it looked disgusting to view during the daytime.

Merissa at the check in desk was fantastic! We waited a little longer for an 11th floor suite which had amazing views. She took great care of us. All staff were just on top of their game. Highly recommended.

The stay was great. Unhappy with hotels.com. On the fact they misrepresented the hotel. I booked this hotel because they said there was a shuttle to the cruise. The hotel has never had a shuttle.
