My daughter and I liked the property overall as we were apartment hunting. However, the deposit for each night was a bit high for me. I really hate the fact that you have to pay like $60 plus dollars for self park and $75 for overnight valet as it should be free parking with how much you pay overall for your stay. They say it street parking available, but really only teo spots that were taken the entire time we were there. My pillows could have been a little more fluffier, but I still had a goodnight's sleep each night. The housekeepers were friendly and had our room spotless upon our return. The hotel employees - the front desk and even valet especially were exceptional and made our stay so nice! I will be back!

Easy check in and check out. I was in town for a concert and they made sure I had transportation to and from. There is an100 security deposit. The room was nice and big and the breakfast was really good.

The bed was great - like a big pillow but still not too soft. We only were there for 4 hours due to late arrival and had to leave early a.m. The shuttle took a half hour to come pick up and then the driver did not make clear which property he was dropping us at, and we originally got off at the other Marriott, not the Renaissance but it was close by.

The shower did not have a curb stop so the water ran all over the floor. I slip in the bathroom and tweaked my knee. The shower function was very poor and a very uncomfortable hazard

Beautiful room and comfy bed! Easy check in and airport shuttle was so convenient. Only waited about 5 minutes for shuttle pickup. Would definitely recommend!!!

The only thing was the electricity was out for 4.5 hrs. They let us know before we checked in and that it was a schedule maintenance outage.

Our electricity was turned off for about 4 hrs and they charged me 80$ for WiFi when I was hardly there. Nobody let us know breakfast wasn’t free or that we would be charged for WiFi .. definitely would not recommend this hotel.

The house keeping lady keep knocking my door since 8:40 two day in a row with the do not disturb sign) I guess she needed to finish her shift earlier , one day they didn’t do my bed because I left my pj in top of the bed Very poor service I had to call the manager ! The hotel and it's staff were a pleasant experience, as well as their 24-hour shuttle to the airport, The only slight draw back was there were no choices for dining except for the hotel's restaurant's LIMITED choices of dishes

It was disappointing that we were not told up front that we would have to pay $66 per day/per car to park and also $15 per device per day for Wi-Fi. Just include that in the price so we don't feel misled when we get to the hotel. Hotel was clean and a good location.
