Well lived in beautiful house
Posted Aug 17, 2022 on HomeAwayPros: The view is gorgeous. The house is amazing and spacious and huge. The area is fantastic.
Cons: This is a well used rental, lol. The locks and sliding doors were all kinda jacked up. There were ants everywhere. One fire place didn’t work. The house is lit really dim at night and the hot tub didnt work until the last day.
That said, the pros outweighed the cons.

Beautiful view but…
Posted Mar 18, 2022 on HomeAwayWhile this house has a beautiful view and the interior is very nice. To be a little petty. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, the explanation of how to heat the pool and hot tub were not clear but that was fixed quickly once I called. We also were aware that the driveway was steep. And that we could use street parking. Which we did for one of our vehicles. Last night that vehicle was vandalized and our side view mirrors were stolen. Which seems odd to us being that this house was so off the main roads and that anyone would know it was there.

This rental was falsely advertised about amenities! Too many problems everyday
Posted Mar 15, 2022 on HomeAwayI will not rent with VRBO again! THESE amenities were all promised but This property had no heated pool DW was out of order upon arrival AC broke, no WI-FI
No lighting in kitchen so we had to move lamps in and it was still hard to see!
We were very disappointed to say the least!

Ingrid, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced regarding the amenities in this house and for the negative impact it had on your visit. Since your stay, the AC in the home has been replaced and a new dishwasher has been installed. Our local team checked the pool heat and the WI-FI and found both to be working without issue. In the future, please note our customer service is available 24/7 via phone to assist with any issues during your stay. We are also sorry if the kitchen was not sufficiently lit. This home has high ceilings which could account for it to appear darker than some traditional kitchens. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to an opportunity to impress you in the future.

Beautiful property... beware of additional charges.

However there were some friction points with the management company. #1 the address they provided was WRONG... luckily we were able to reference the pictures and find it. #2, the app that was shared after booking was disjointed and had additional charges for everything from heat, to ac, to pool and hot tub. We would have been fine with the additional daily charge for the hot tub, but it took 3 days (into our stay) to finally get a clear answer on how to enable it... And then they charged 4x the published daily rate instead. Where they should have lead with empathy and efforts to make it easy for their customer, they repeatedly referenced communication that was never actually sent/received.

Great end of summer get away with family
