The property was clean and had immediate responses to request for additional toiletries and issue with entering room upon arrival. The only issue we had was we were next to the stairs and sitting area on second floor and a group of ladies were out there quite late and the noise made it difficult to sleep.

There is no actual interaction with another human as far as property management is concerned. Instructions are sent via email etc and we never even saw anyone for the property. That is a good thing for us. The property is set up nicely and well stocked with all you need. There is a handy store across the street should snacks, drinks, wine, beer, or toilet paper etc be needed. There are literally too many eating establishments to count in a 1 mile radius to this location. We walked to/from the Catalina Express from here. We will stay here again for sure.

This property was very run down, the bathtub was chipped and rusted, there was blood on the mattress cover visible through the sheet and I could clearly hear the guy next door in the bathroom and the music from either the restaurant or club or neighbour was loud. We couldn’t stay in a room that deplorable and had to leave immediately. I expect a full refund from Expedia.
