Front desk staff and breakfast was great. I also appreciated having security make rounds around the building all night. As for the room, the bed was comfortable but there were stains on the pillows. The area behind the front door was not cleaned and the tub had lots of clipped paint in it.

It was difficult to have the hot water for the shower turn on. I'm not sure if it was because of the floor we were on but it took awhile for the water to heat up.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking was adequate, area was clean, not upscale, but ok. Unfortunately, the pool is NOT heated. That might be fine in July, but not in April. I wish it had clearly stated that fact, we chose this hotel partly because of the pool, that we then could NOT use. Breakfast was great, a nice surprise.

Hotel is under renovation and the staff did not provide any info on the sounds that i will hear in the morning from 9 to 6pm everyday. Its very noisy during the day and would not recommend this hotel for now otherwise its a vert good hotel to stay. The staff did said that they will provide me some points for the inconveniences but they never added points in my IHG account which is the hotel group that come under.
