"We had a brilliant stay with communication leading up to the holiday being excellent. Azzurra is such a lovely woman, very helpful and provided a beautiful house for us to stay in with everything you would ever need. Hairdryer, washing machine, dryer, iron & board, everything. Even the coffee capsules for the machine were all included. The house is brilliant, with a large master bedroom, smaller second room and double sofa bed downstairs. The garden area is stunning. 1000sq mts set over 3 tires....

"The young lady who checked us in, I believe Gloria was her name, was very sweet and helpful during our stay. She upgraded us to a suite and it was very comfortable except for a dog that barked during the night,apparently, it belonged to the owners who were not on the property. So other than the dog annoying us during the nights and early mornings it was a comfortable place to stay and close enough to Florence to drive to in about 15 to 20 minutes. "My husband and I stayed here at the end of our honeymoon trip and it was so calming and relaxing to stay here! The spa access was so nice. The food was great and the staff was super friendly and accommodating! When we left my husband forgot his wedding band in the room, but we had already gotten to the airport so when I called the staff went above and beyond to find his ring and when they did they sent a taxi to the airport to give it to us. Was beyond amazing of them to do that for us! We will defiantly stay here again in the future! "
