"Communication is excellent, easy check in process. Very nice community, house is right next to Marina. House is clean. The only problem is horrible mattress on two full size beds for kids. They had to sleep on the coach. It’s nice vacation house overall, we had great experience there"

"The view of the bay from the house is amazing - especially to watch the sunrise. The house has a bedroom with an en--suite which works well for families. The kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan in the living area makes it great for large groups. There is plenty of seating. Traffic and parking aren't issues in the winter. I would imagine they would be more of a challenge in full season but the location and the ability to boat / swim / crab right there would make up for it."

"The house was everything we thought it would be. We absolutely loved it and it was very clean. The community was just ok. We found that there wasn’t much to do with the kids. The pool was nice but it closed at 6. We often weren’t home until 5. and the golf cart was a hit for sure. The “beach” wasn’t nice enough to swim in and the restaurant was really loud with bad music. If I didn’t have the kids with me I’d have been fine. The beaches were really far with traffic in consideration."
