The room was a small single but very clean with plenty hot water. There is no elevator but no problem for me. The staff, who are very nice, helped take my suitcase up. It’s an easy walk to Paddington Station with lots of medium priced eateries near by. A choice for a short stop over from Heathrow.

Liked-Cleanliness of room, staff friendliness, small fridge was appreciated.. Disliked-wifi is so slow it's nonexistent, had to use our own (expensive), the tiny shower had mouldy smelly drain and was scaldingly hot, couldn't change the temperature, my partner couldn't wash her hair due to the low pre set water pressure, the constant underground train noise, we had asked for a first floor room when we booked 5 months ago but didn't get it. We would not stay again as these are basic room requirements. We cannot understand how others give this place 10/10 as we paid a lot for the highest 'superior' room category.

Fantastic location next to Paddington station, just around the corner from the busiest area. Our room was small but very clean. Minor issue for some people could be the subtle noise of the tube, it didn’t bother us at all.

This property is definitely value for money. The room I stayed in was very clean and shower facilities were excellent. The staff were next level up-super helpful and nothing ever was too much to do. The location was literally two mins from Paddington station. Heaps of restaurants and cafes around to dine at also.

This was a great place to stay during my week in London. It really is so convenient and you can walk anywhere. The hotel is 2 mins from the Elizabeth Line so if you're coming from Heathrow, £12 will get you straight to Paddington in 30 minutes. Lots of cool bars and restaurants and you can walk 5 minutes to Kensington gardens and walk to any place you want to. Real value for money. It's not a fancy place but very clean and the service is impeccable. If you have trouble walking up stairs you may opt for the 1st or 2nd floor rooms. All in all a great experience. Thank you to the friendly staff and owner.

The hotel is very convenient to Paddington Station and the Heathrow express. Rooms are small but clean, quiet and well equipped. There were USB and USB-C ports so adaptors were not needed which is always nice. The woman at reception was very helpful. There’s no lift so be prepared for some stairs.
