Stayed at Studio2Let for 1 week. Huge plus is it is close to Kings Cross St Pancreas, walkable (or use the tube if you are jot a walker) to Covent Gardens, British Museum, and much more. The building is old, but clean. The bathroom shower is quite small which was not an issue for us, but if you are a larger person this may be a concern for you. Although we didnt cook, the kitchenette is equipped with what you'd need to prepare lighter-fare meals. We could not get the air conditioner to cool off the room, thankfully we could open the windows for a bit of air. Also, we asked twice for assistance with the safe, never did get it! Overall it was fine for our stay as we weren't in the room a lot.

This is my 3rd time staying at this apartment and I think it would be hard to find better value in central London. The rooms are equipped with the basics, a few pieces of cutlery, a chopping board, plates, hair dryer. Having a kitchenette is great and you are close to a Waitrose for groceries if you need. Very basic soap and shampoo but adequate. No daily room cleaning. Bed was comfortable! Given the location, the cleanliness and the price tag, I am always happy with my stay here. This time, the service was a bit hit-or-miss, depends who you get at the desk. They didn’t have any towels to give us when we asked. And the outer door of the building did not lock securely. Those are my only complaints!

Unique accommodation in old townhouses built on a curvy crescent probably in 1800’s. Very comfortable in great neighbourhood with a park and tennis courts across the street. Lovely small stores and restaurants close by. An oasis only minutes from Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston stations. I’ve stayed there on a couple of trips before and will go back

Property is close to 3 main stations.... King's Cross, Euston, and St. Pancras. It's an easy walk to all three, yet it's on a very quiet street, across from a park.Staff is efficient and helpful.The only complaint is the bed isn't comfortable.

Attractive building in quiet crescent, hardly any traffic noise considering so close to Euston, Kings Cross etc. 10 minute walk to Russell Square tube with supermarkets, pubs, cafes etc all close by. Our studio room with small patio was lower ground floor and a little tired. There was a funny smell, so we kept the french windows open. Would stay again but maybe prefer an upper floor room, although the small patio was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Equipment in this small studio good, just a little tired in places. Would recommend and would stay again as excellent value.

I would definitely stay here again but request the first floor. The Property is definitely older so don't expect a prestine bldg but it is clean, yet very tight so I wouldn't recommend it to someone bigger/taller or with physical challenges as there's no elevator with very tight staircases. Its not on the main street or too close to the station where more homeless will hang out which is a plus yet it is still convenient to all transportation, with a minimal walk. The price was right & I did feel safe. Plus the ability to eat in was a good option. I was also able to wash clothes on property before the next leg of my trip. If you want luxury this isn't it, but if you want to feel like you have your own flat in london its kind of fun.

This is the third or fourth time's we have stayed in the Cartwright gardens flats. Super convenient, nice cafes and pubs nearby. Unbelievably quiet given that two blocks away is Euston Road with buses, trucks, ect. Absolutely our first choice for places to stay in London

A wonderful find at last minute. From check in to check out I had not one problem... the young lady on reception was extremely helpful as was the gentleman who who helped her find me on the system as my booking literally just got confirmed. The staff allowed me to keep my luggage safe before check in as I was early. The room was lovely as was the solitude of a garden space... the little bird is cheeky though. Turned my back it was having spagetti. A wonderful hotel I will visit again soon.

The property's location is excellent, very close to Russell Square Tube station and King's X station. The furniture in the studio is simple but very functional. A great plus. Cleanliness can be improved, especially the bathroom. Stronger odor killing detergent should be used. Quite disappointing that staff members refuse to help elderly customers with the luggage. Even though the property description does say that there is no elevator, but it will help to avoid any misunderstanding to specify the number of floors in the building and state clearly that no luggage help is available. It's much better to set correct expectations up front than putting elderly customers in a difficult to handle situation after a long flight. I have a second reservation a few weeks later after the cruise, the front office helps by putting a note to give me lower floors next time.

The room was obviously a student let previously. The bed was very small for 2 with no headboard. Bed was pushed up against the wall so difficult to get in . Also No bedside tables . Very basic interior and an unwelcoming smell . Didn’t open patio door as saw mice outside. Very disappointed. Had no need for microwave etc . Would have liked more room for the amount paid .

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Studios2let in London, and we will definitely be back. It is convenient to everything, It is great having a kitchen, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean. My only negative is I would have liked to have another chair.
