Good hotel with excellent staff, would stay again
A good mid range hotel with decent amenities. It was the parking and location that made me choose this hotel as you can get to most tourist destinations in 20 minutes. The staff and level of service was excellent, I recently stayed at a 4 star hotel in covent garden and was disappointed by the poor service and felt much more comfortable and looked after here.

Not a great sleep.
Unfortunately the radiators would not turn off. It was extremely hot in the room. Struggles to sleep. Opened the windows but lots of road traffic noise. (Not fault of the hotel) just on a busy road. Paint coming off and shower was full of lime scale. Mattess was comfortable and the lady on the desk was very polite and friendly.

From the moment we walked in to reception we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendliness, we were early but was checked iand given our keys. We went in to the city and returned late the 3rd bed was not made up but that was very quickly sorted by a very nice night receptionist who couldn’t be more helpful, he organised complimentary drinks at the bar to apologise for the inconvenience and that was very much appreciated. The team carried on with this level of service in to the next couple of days, even signing in to the private Netflix account in the bar for the evening viewing . The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay, clean and free of damage, the hotel is quiet and relaxing…this is a little gem, Hamstead Heath just up the hill is just perfect for a run and with a well supported Parkrun on Saturday, I couldn’t be happier. The team at this hotel deserve recognition for their hard work, and we will definitely be back.

Good economy hotel. Not in the best neighborhood. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room small for 3 adults. Very deep bath tub which may be difficult for some.
