**Hotel Review:** The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and efficient, making check-in and any requests a breeze. However, the room we stayed in left much to be desired. The floor was visibly damaged, and the shower had serious drainage issues. The water pooled around your feet and even towards the door, making it uncomfortable and unsanitary. The bathroom setup was also problematic. The sink was extremely small, causing water to splash everywhere when washing your face. This might be due to our room being accessible, but we noticed similar setups in a different restaurant nearby. Additionally, the room lacked adequate counter space for toiletries and personal items, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel offers a daily breakfast (cheap add-on), which is a nice, although the menu doesn’t change, so it can get repetitive. Overall, while the staff's service was top-notch, the room's condition and bathroom facilities significantly detracted from our stay. A renovation would greatly improve the experience.

This is the second time I have stayed. The staff are super accommodating. It’s very central and close to most of what London has to offer. Kensington high Street is a ten minute walk away, Notting Hill gate 30 minutes. I love it.

5 day stay, AC programmed to turn off after day three and the last 2 days we had to open the window to let fresh air in - complained to front desk but AC never came back on, room extremely small, room service every 3 days, hotel on a busy street so alot of road noise. Would not stay here again.

This hotel is very well located if you are into museums & long walking-tours, it's located just 20 min from V&A museum & 25 from Kensington Park. The down side of it is the very small , noisy & luck of space rooms, The stuff & personal were very kindly & helpful, breakfast was also more than standards.

It was quite pricey, so would have been very nice if they'd provided a kettle and tea bags in the room. No water or hot drinks without being charged. On a very noisy street with traffic through the night. Bed very comfy.

They dont clean the room but every three days. Thay dont empty the trash or pickup used towells. The room is 94 square feet. There is no closet . There is not sufficent space to hang garments . There is no table for engaging in business while on mobile or desk to sit a computer on. Not an enhoyable experience.

Excellent breakfast though I recommend just paying instead of opting if you’re only there from a few days it is very clean and the area around is very clean with only a few seedy individuals as well as plenty of pubs to try also only a 10 minute walk to the tube

Had a great stay at this property! The breakfast was super convenient and well done definitely a huge plus. Shea and Natalia were very helpful as well. The skylight room isn’t huge but it’s perfect for a solo traveler / couple. I will definitely be back when I’m in town as the location was perfect and I really enjoyed the affordability of this hotel.
