Conveniently located close to all of the shops and restaurants in Covent Garden. Nice, clean, modern rooms. Breakfast was great and Marie France was particularly kind.

Air conditioning was impossible to work, bad lighting, no one answered phone when I called guest services. View from room was awful. I would not return to this hotel which is a shame because I am a frequent business traveller. The only positive is that the location was excellent.

Great staff and service. Room is a bit smaller compared to other hotel rooms i stayed in the past. However location is perfect! Its in the middle of Central London Covent Garden Area close to everything! Would definitely stay here again next time.
