The neighborhood is perfect for where we want to be as well as its proximity to the overground. My only issue is the bottom sheet kept coming off and really needs to be fits. I don’t want to sleep on a mattress at a hotel. Ugh.

As all big city hotels it is overpriced BUT Kip is cheap in comparison to others. It is in a great spot near food and right next to the train station and bus routes. Overall, $170 a night was a good deal compared to others in the area!

Have stayed here a few times. It’s basic and you get what you pay for. This time was a little different - no fault of hotel really but other guests had music on really loud at 1am (walls are per thin) called the KIP WhatsApp, no answer. Sent a bunch on messages and no reply until 4am. If reception is 24hours they should be able to manage unruly guests.

Everything was good, have stayed here many times before and it's convenient of getting around east London it's very easy. Within the room I was happy with what it provided a great bed for a company of 3 I would definitely recommend it.
