Besides being in a great location, the breakfast feast was amazing - so many choices. Before booking, I had read a few reviews that complained about the location of the breakfast being across a street but you can access the other side of the hotel through the second floor so there is no need to go outside or to cross a street.

It was a great stay. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of option. Really convenient to get to Victoria station and easy walking distance to Buckingham palace and the parks.

Property is lovely Breakfast is great Its a large hotels rooms with a view a small but well equipped with modern tech The staff member that had checked me in would not allow to have the key that i had paid for and I booked 2 rooms and paid for both myself the 2nd guest was not arriving until late we had to collect the keys at midnight when all we wanted to do is sleep No explanation was provided

We stayed four nights, reasonably priced. Hôtel Riu is a new & modern hotel, conveniently situated across from Victoria station. Rooms are roomy & big, bathrooms spacious with a big shower. Staff are awesome & helpful. Jolly came out to help with our suitcases when we went to the opposite side of the hotel. Very pleasant & happy young man. When we checked in, I specifically asked the reception staff if our assigned room was a handicapped room on the 4th floor & she said no. The sink was so low that each time we use it, we got a “backache”. I felt it was deceitful & disrespectful of the staff to assign us that room despite my request. We were told after, there are plans to replace the sinks in the future, we did not change rooms as we were leaving after another night’s stay. On a positive note, the inclusive breakfast is excellent with lots of varieties, English style buffet, plus cold meats, salmon & many other items including pastries & breads & beverages. My husband & I & our friends would return to stay here in our next trip. Thank you.

Lovely pleasant stay. Clean, up to date, good service breakfast was really good with a big variety and plenty of space. Tube station very near and one stop away from Oxford street. Only downside was walking across the road for breakfast & basement family rooms have no window. And price was £80 cheaper on their own website. So check that first before booking.

One woman at the front desk was most helpful in finding a restaurant, getting us directions and securing a cab for our flight home. Very friendly and helpful! We received a call when the cab arrived early and an inquiry about help with luggage. Check in was efficient but required me to retrieve my suitcase to produce my passport as identification.

Accessibility to our location is horrible. Need to take multiple elevators and walk a lot to go to room. Also when exiting there is joe qsy way out. Poor layout of the building is big disadvantage. But hotel accommodated is for a early check-in,and hence have to pay this price.

Overall amazing stay, I only stayed one night with my partner but would have definitely stayed longer if we could. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us early checkin and let us keep our bags there for the day of departure. The restaurant and breakfast buffet was very delicious. Only negative point was because we had early check in the room was not completely finished being cleaned yet as there was still some bits left in the fridge but that was very minor inconvenience.

What a great find. So convenient for Victoria station with its transport links to everywhere in London. Lovely shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Hotel room was very quiet and had everything we needed. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, especially liked the choice of fresh fruit. Only one small niggle and that is the bar area is far too small for the size of the hotel.
