Room Issues, AC did not work well, Tv kept coming on, had to disconnect from source, Hazzle to get ice. Restaurants expensive is hotel, however buffet very good.

The air conditioner didn’t not work even we contact the receptionist 3 times and they said they have turned off the the a/c from downstairs it did not make sense it’s July not December and mattress seem to be very hold and uneven. I will not ho there again

We found the check in process very easy and were greeted by your friendly staff. As we had never been to London before, the staff was extremely helpful in advising us on getting to and from central London. They also helped me book a private shuttle to get us to Heathrow on our departure day. Would recommend this hotel for sure.
