"Beautiful, comfortable and classic furnishings Great service. Very welcoming. Great central location to everything in London. We stayed at several comparable high end places on our trip and all had coffee machines in the room. The Ritz does not. A small but Important omission I believe. "

"Hotel in a convenient location 2 blocks froim a major metro station with a direct line to Heathrow Airport and connections to major rail stations. It was a LKITTLE noisy at times--but you're in the middle of a major metropolitan city, so I think it is reasonable. I lost NO sleep but there's horn honking in the daytime sometimes. Lots of food options, minutes away from major tourist spots."
