The room, lobby, public restrooms, and restaurant/bar area were all very clean. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect next to other restaurants, pubs, attractions, and the underground. Will definitely be booking again!

I booked 2 rooms for myself & friends, their room was ready at 2:30, ours wouldn't be ready until 3pm which was fine. So we hung out in our friend's room and they were going to call us when our room was ready, we called the front desk at 3:30 and it still wasn't ready, so we waited another 30 minutes, and it still wasn't ready so we went downstairs at 4:30 and they just put us in another room.
