As you get to the entrance it looks like a grand hotel, the golden touch looks gives it an expensive look. There is something about the reception area , lot of stickers it’s does not look 4*. The rooms are a bit out dated, the mattresses were hard says my son, he went of to say it was difficult to sleep. The bathrooms need a bit of thorough cleaning a lot of marks on bathroom door , tiles and mirrors. Tub mat was full of lime scale. No bed side socket . The bedroom window was dirty. I liked the Thames view from my room and dinning. The bed linen looked clean. We managed to doze off after a long day walking around London. Breakfast was buffet full English breakfast.

Attractive building, clean hotel, helpful friendly staff, not far from Westfield Only a short journey into central London. Breakfast was tasty, great selection. Overall we had an absolutely fantastic stay and will be back again very soon 😀😁

Average hotel in a decent location near subway and restaurants, with a few shops close by. $30/day if you want internet. Free WiFi in lobby area. There are 2 floors below ground and that’s where I was placed. It gets hot in the room and the temp won’t drop below 80 F. No fridge and no microwave on site. Shower water only got warm, not hot but it had decent pressure. The bed was two twin beds pushed together. Weird design/layouts.
