"The owner/contact person was responsive, accommodating, and courteous. This was the case for check and when a couple of random questions came up during the stay. The apartment (unit A) was secure, clean, and all basic necessities (towels, etc.) were made available as well as extras (dish soap/sponge, a few basic cooking seasonings, cups/plates/utensils). The apartment also has some basic decorations that make it a bit more homelike. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend...

"The apartment we got was so cozy and cute it had two balconies everything was clean , the water did go out ( which comes with the PR Life) but they were so helpful and replied quickly and got us a new apartment with an extra bedroom and close to downtown area and still close to where we were staying. I’ll be using Otium rentals next time I come back to PR specifically. "

"I wish I could say I loved my stay, but it was more aggravating, especially during my birthday and not only did I not get my check in information but at 1 AM I was unable to get into the room after traveling all day and they made me problem solved when I had tried to get into the gate And I was on hold for an hour you the videos and photos they sent. You are not actual way to get into the property there’s cats and trash everywhere. I had to use a set of keys, which I almost lost multiple times...

"This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. We did not prepare any meals during our stay, but there was an adequate supply of pans and utensils to do so. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and had plenty of pillows. "The property might have a few rinks and areas of improvement and the 65 stairs are a workout but the view from the living rooms makes up for it. "

"Although this place is away from the main tourist area, i feel like it couldn't have been better. There are local restaurants within walking distance. A little local grocery near by. The neighborhood felt safe to walk in even after dark. Everything was VERY clean and in order. Very comfortable. We had a little issue with figuring out the hot water, but when i reached out to the property owner, it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I would definitely stay at this property again. 5 stars all the way!"

"PROS The location of this property is right on the beach with wonderful views. You are mere steps away! We loved that the unit had 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and an umbrella. The unit did have a newer air unit in the bedroom (not the one in the ad pictures under the window); however, we enjoyed opening the windows, patio door and slats on the front door to take advantage of the beautiful ocean breeze. "Overall the stay was great. The unit we had definitely looked a bit aged but it was clean and provided a good amount of space for the 5 adults in our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we would need, an electric grill was available, there were some pool toys and folding chairs as well. Gated entry was quick and easy unless someone at the front of the line was checking in, then it could be quite delayed which happened to us a couple times in the three days we were there.
