“We have stayed in hotels/B&Bs all over the Hill Country. We stayed in the good, the bad and the ugly. This one is in a gray area between the good and the bad. This is an older propery. Fairly well kept. The furniture is cheap and unattractive. The mattress was ok, just very loud when my husband would turn over. There were bugs...mind you mostly dead, but still bugs. Not a huge deal b/c it's in the middle of a tiny forest. We did enjoy our stay but I have suggestions: 1) Check all lights before……

“Positives -Very comfortable bed -$8 Lyft ride to 6th St or South Congress -Very quiet neighborhood -Owner was very responsive and helpful -Kitchen has everything you need -Easy access with keypad Negatives -Parking spot is a little tight and on a pretty steep hill -Speed bumps throughout the neighborhood were annoying -No dresser in the bedroom so everything had to stay in suitcases -Shower door doesn't shut completely -Very small but perfect for two people”

Would've stayed longer if schedule and budget permitted. Only improvements would've been more workable kitchen and drying racks/hooks for towels in the bathroom. An easy fix so guests don't need to hang wet towels on doors, cupboards or chairs. Pans were also quite worn and I wasn't comfortable cooking with due to……

“Probably 10 Stays in and has never let us down! Depending on which side you stay on the bars could get a little loud at night on the weekends but nothing unbearable. Most residents and guest are always polite and helpful if you get lost finding your unit after check in. Will always use this as my go to in Austin. ”
