“Very pleasant stay. Nice breakfast. Neat and clean room. Very green hotel and rewarded with a free drink at the bar if you choose not to make up the room. Also, the hotel offered to change my room at once since there was abit problem with the water sink. ”

“It’s a Hostel in a great location in a fantastic city.First experience of sleeping in a capsule in a dormitory.Late booking and not much available in town under 100 euros,no complaints ,people friendly,young travellers back packers vibe,nice terrace,helpful staff . Choice of different types of accomodation . Has a big kitchen and self catering/eating area,fridge the later clearly not big enough or not emptied out,that’s the downside as usual in such shared facilities is selfish people who don’t……

“New staff of gym intended to shut down on 10 pm. After spoken as 24/7 opening hours, it was all good there. The entrance is hiding at the side and door is heave to open are two parts could be further improved.”

“This is a very nice hotel. The location is excellent and the breakfast which was included was fantastic. The only issue we had was the light switch for the bathroom was broken and they couldn’t fix it so we had limited light in the bathroom”

“Very conviviently located hotel. 2 mintes to the bus/train terminal. 5 minutes walk to the center plaza, triple bridge and resturants and open market etc. Hotel live up to 5 stars.Clean, comfortable, roomy and service is ultra great.Highly recommand”

“於15/12預訂入住，18/12去到酒店才發現酒店有工程暫停營業，獲安排到同集團U Hotel入住。臨時要更改所有Local tour的酒店接送地點。加上酒店並無車接載你到他們安排的U Hotel ，要在下雨天自行拖行李箱前往。雖然安排的U Hotel 不錯，也相對較便利。但如預計在工程期間不接待客人，那便不應在3天前還接受預訂，或要在預訂前說明一下。”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, in particular navigating transfers into and from the pedestrian only zone. Our room on the 4th floor was spacious, very well decorated with large beams and window nooks--but also clean and modern. Thoughtful details are present like a coat rack for the room. The breakfast was stellar with tasty and non-generic items. The location is excellent, just off the Cobbler's Bridge, yet separated by a quarter-block, keeping it a little more quiet.”

“I stayed for 3 nights. I was not satisfied with the room service since I requested extra hangers on the first day, but I can only receive it on the third day. The toilet floor was not cleaned and mopped. The good one was breakfast included. The choice of foods was enough and the taste was ok. ”
