The hotel was beautiful and centrally located within Lisbon. Many, many options for exceptional dining and a wide variety of shopping nearby. The rooftop restaurant and bar also provided many fine dining options as well as an exceptional view of the city. All of the staff at Altis were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure a phenomenal experience. Additionally, Id like to express my thanks to Rui Santos at the front desk for going out of his way to assist in accommodating our extended stay due to a flight cancellation. I would absolutely suggest the Altis Avenida Hotel to anyone considering a visit to Lisbon! 10/10

The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist me. The location was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop sun deck which afforded me an unforgettable view of Lisbon. The breakfasts and staff were top rate.

Hôtel situé en plein cœur du quartier achalandé de Lisbonne. Tout se faisait à pied. Super proximité avec les alentours, beaucoup de restaurants à pieds, la gare de train était directement en face de même que plusieurs commerces. Nous avons garé la voiture directement avec l’hôtel et avons profitez des environs à pied. Hôtel super pratique pour sa localisation. Service du personnel au-delà des attentes. La chambre était toujours extrêmement propre, durant notre séjour de 4 nuitées. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement!

I can’t say enough about this hotel. The people were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable. We loved the breakfast buffet and the Rossio Gastrobar. The location is terrific with easy access to mass transit and walkable to many attractions if you like to walk. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was very convenient location, however no swimming pool in the hotel. breakfast and dining inside the hotel did not have variety of choices. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there, the staff was really nice

Best hotel and location at heart of Lisbon
Look no further if you want to stay at the heart of Lisbon The minute we stepped down the taxi We felt welcome Truly a 5 star hotel We had deluxe room with nice size balcony over looking the square and the beautiful train station The amenities in the room were great Coffee , 3 bottles of water daily , kettle for hot water , the house keeping went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. Daily turn down service was nice when you come back from the activities you have a clean room Rooftop bar and breakfast area over looking the square , private sun deck for the hotel guest to see the view 24 hours We were so so happy with the location Walking distance to all the Main Street We are at Lisbon for 6 days and only got to stay here for 3 nights , wish we did not have to leave this hotel but we had other reservation When I come back here next time I will for sure stay here again I stayed at a lot of 5 star hotel but this one I will remember and they deserve higher rating

Very central location. Close to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and train station just across the street. Friendly staff. Had a great hot and cold breakfast selections. We had an issue with traffic noise on the 2nd floor and we asked to be moved on the 2nd night and without any issue we were happy to be moved to the 6th floor. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this property in the future.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff was so friendly and attentive. We were greeted with such kindness. The hotel is beautiful. The view from the rooftop is breathtaking. Staff member Ricardo went out of his way to make our stay even better. You won’t regret staying at this hotel.
