"Limón has a distinct, authentic vibe which is more relaxed yet still friendly and welcoming. Passersby on the street will say hello and take the time to chat or point out local attractions.
It seems like a pricless time capsule to Costa Rica before big tourism arrived.
Park Hotel is great.
Breakfast is delicious and available early. Gorgeous views of the Limon waterfront area, located in a walkable neighborhood a few blocks from the MEPES/Caribeños bus stations, restaurants, and the city beaches with chill bars to have a beer and interact with the cities residents."
"Our stay at casa razas was great, The hosts Tanya and Arrie thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The location was great for us, as it was in the neighborhood we grew up in. This felt like home away from home. We were provided with eggs, bread, butter, orange juice, soft drinks and snacks to get us started. I highly recommended Casa Razas if you are visiting Limon, you will not be disappointed."
