OUTRIGGER KAUAI BEACH RESORT

My unit is a hotel room located in the Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort and Spa about 2 miles from Lihue Airport. It is centrally located and midway between the North Shore and the South Shore. It is just a few miles to Lydgate Park, Wailua Golf Course and the main town of Lihue.

There are 4 pools, 2 whirlpool spas, a full-service restaurant and bar. There is also a pool bar located at the sand pool. They have live music on property almost every night.

There is also a full service spa and treatment facility. It is called Hawaiian Rainforest Spa.

UNIT 3206 DESCRIPTION

My unit is about a one minute walk to the beach!

It is freshly updated with two seating areas. A king size bed, and a shower and tub combination.

4 sets of bath and hand towels.

I provide everything you've ever wanted in a hotel room that hotels don't provide.

*4 Beach/Pool Towels for use at the resort or for the beach. There is a $20.00 charge for each missing towels.

It is important to me to be clear and upfront so my guests know exactly what they are purchasing.

You are renting a hotel room from a private owner. It is located in a hotel resort called Outrigger Kauai Beach Resorts and Spa.

Some of the benefits of renting from a private owner are the following:

1. Price - My units daily rate is 30% to 50% less than a comparable room with a comparable view through the Resort. It also has many in room amenities(Keurig Coffeemaker, plates, cups, blender, larger refrigerator and much more) that are not provided in the Resort units or most of the other Private Owner Units.

2. Another difference is that I do not provide a daily cleaning. For a stay of 7 days or longer I will provide a mid-stay cleaning at my expense. If you desire a mid-stay cleaning for a shorter stay we can provide that for a $60.00 charge. My unit is cleaned thoroughly prior to your arrival. The cleaning fee is $150.00 and is included in the total cost of your rental. This includes your Resort fee.

3. Parking is $29.00 + tax per day. Parking is controlled by the Resort and you will pay them directly.

4. Four Grey and White Pool /Beach towels are available in your room. There is a charge of $20.00 for each missing towel.

5. Please check both the State of Hawaii and the Kauai County Covid Websites for update on travel to Hawaii and Kauai.

6. As a guest of a Private Unit you have full access to the pools, the grounds, the beach, the whirlpool spas, the business center, the restaurant, the lounge, the poolside bar, live music, the fitness room, and the Hawaiian Rainforest Spa. The Hotel Shuttle and some cultural classes and activities are not available to Private Unit guests.

We wish we only stayed here
The property is immaculate. Room is extremely comfortable and clean with all you need for the duration of your trip! We had an extremely rainy trip with only one and a half nice days of weather & still wish we stayed for our entire 17 day trip to Hawaii (our weather on the other islands was perfect). Check in process was simple & quick. Everyone working there is beyond kind/helpful. Host is available if you need anything and parking is in a gated covered lot. We will absolutely be coming back, but will only be planning a trip back here to Kauai!

Perfect!
This is located at the Outrigger Kauai Resort. I've stayed there in a resort room and loved it. If I ever go back I will book it through Billy because he had it supplied with options the hotel does not have, and less expensive. Beach chairs, towels, many other things, but my favorite was a toaster! I love toast in the morning and sitting out on the lanai with my tea and toast was just wonderful. You get a small view of the ocean, but you see the center area of the resort. And this is a beautiful resort! An easy walk to the covered parking. The parking costs, but it also comes with valet parking, you just pay the tip. The on site restaurant is delicious. Breakfast buffet is wonderful. Not cheap, but really good. Sitting in the giant hot tub with the waterfalls surrounding it in the quiet of the night was really nice. I highly recommend this property.

A nice place to stay
This room was perfect for the needs of two people. It was clean and well appointed. The resort is oceanfront, and while this room is not exactly that, it has a good view of the ocean, and also of the pool and courtyard from the balcony. The resort’s lounge “Shutters” became our favorite dinner option, with delicious food and live music every night. Billy was clear with information and responded quickly to questions. We would stay here again.😊

My friend and I stayed for 10 days. We loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the views. Whether facing the ocean or facing the pool with the gardens and waterfalls it was lovely and restful. The room is just right for two people. The king size bed was very comfortable; firm with a pillow top. The Keurig, toaster and blender came in very handy for a light breakfast or evening snack. While the ocean by the Resort is too rough for water play, the many pools, one including a water slide, give ample opportunity for water fun. While the unit has no kitchen, the small refrigerator was roomy enough for sandwich fixings and the Resort has a microwave located in the lounge on the fifth floor off the lobby for guests to utilize. We usually ate dinner out at one of the many great restaurants nearby in Lihue or Kapa’a. Our room was a great “home base” from which to plan excursions or explorations of a variety of the towns, beaches, and attractions on beautiful Kauai.

Perfectly located
We had an absolutely memorable and enjoyable stay at Billy’s property. It is perfectly located in Lihue between the North shore and the South shore and conveniently located a few miles from the airport. We were able to get to awesome restaurants, beaches, and all the excursions from his property within 10-30+ minutes…this gave us more time to enjoy the island which was a huge plus! Billy provided all the necessities we needed to lounge on the beach with beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella which came in handy as we visited numerous beaches all around the island. The room was clean, bed sheets smelled awesome, plenty of towels and he provided amenities I didn’t expect and we greatly appreciated it. He communicated with us and recommended restaurants and things to do which we did and he was on point! Thank you Billy for making our stay on the beautiful island of Kauai awesome, we enjoyed your Hawaiian hospitality and your property. Until we see you again, Mahalo!!

Restful stay at Kauai Outrigger Resort
The resort is great. Friendly helpful staff. Room was spacious and well equipped. View of pools and Nukoli’i beach on east coast of island Owner, Billy, was very responsive to our needs during our stay. Texted and called swiftly Resort is a short drive to either Kapa’a to the north or Lihue to the south. Only about 10-15 minutes drive each for good local eateries. Ate nice breakfast at resort once - Naupkaa Terrace. Will come again!

The room is a typical hotel style room. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. A nice addition to the standard room was a fridge, a blender, and some kitchenware. Also provided were beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. The view was stunning! A sliding glass door opens to a lanai where you have a lovely view of the fantastic pool area and bonus...the ocean! Billy was a pleasure to work with on the arrangements. He left a box of Hawaiian macadamia nut chocolates. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this amazing room and resort.
