"Great overall property, location is a bit secluded but very close to bus and tram lines less than a 3 minute walk. Staff is exceptional very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is excellent, there is nothing negative to say about this property."

"Receptionist closed hotel early. We came to hotel half hour before closing, snd nobody was there, so we had to go arounf through back door in the dark parking. Overall streight 3 star hotel, only extra is genuine Africa decorations and some furniture. "

"1) no reception. I called but the lady in poor English can't explain where the keys are. after more than half an hour of searching, i found a keybox with the key, called again, got the code, and finally got the keys! 2)I was supposed to get a 2 person room with a double bed. i got 3 single beds. when I called again, the answer was: I should be happy because I got a triple room. 3) dirt behind the bed! old food leftovers not cleaned up (smelled) 4) when I opened the window in the bathroom, I saw a lot of bird droppings, an unbearable stench. so it was better not to open the bathroom window! (in summer at +30C) on the END the best!!! morning at 8:45 a.m. the cleaners came into the room, asking me out of the room! because ... they have to clean up! I had to go downstairs where a man asked me why I was in this room because I should be in another! at checkout, about 5 ladies in the restaurant, each one went for a different one and checked if everything was ok, I lost about 20 minutes there ... i do not recommend this hote l!!!"
