The property is in the middle of downtown, which is an excellent location to be in. Very convenient and easy access as well. On the downside the breakfast buffet was disgusting, seemed that the food was reheated from the day prior. Also, we saw a lot of roaches in our room. There’s carpet throughout the hotel which doesn’t help to maintain it clean. It definitely needs an upgrade for a more modern and cleaner feel.

Everything is walking distance and just as you get of the elevator you walk out in to the beautiful Jardin(park) With all the restaurants and shopping stores around.

The room was not clean, several broken items, the shower did not work properly, bad layout, tv didn’t work (only occasionally) a tech was sent who have not a clue, no safe locks on doors the maids did not deliver daily items like coffee, bathroom items, not allowed you to place a “do not disturb sign “ at the door having maids knocking at door loudly while trying to rest, and entering the room without warning or when they wanted, while in the shower or changing clothes, it was very frustrating, I do not know who managed it but, far from good service/experience, just to put it in a simple way, I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN EVEN IF FREE!

Didn't actually stayed. Realaized soon after booking that the dates were wrong and expected to have to pay something more for the change but Ramada would not wave a $57 penalty in addition to an additional $20. Since a new booking on hotels.com was only about $55 for the day i wanted, this fee seemed excessive. Mistakes happen but Ramada just wanted money.
