"Situated in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the ocean, the cottage offered a perfect balance of comfort, privacy and convenience. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed being able to read, write, and bird watch on the private balcony that overlooks a tranquil garden. On-street parking was readily available anytime of day and check-in/check-out was easy as pie. Many thanks to Mark and Marty for being excellent hosts! Hope to see you again...

Everything you needed in the kitchen was there. Cons: No bath mats, heater didn't work, no clear parking spot directions, and the toilet seat was broken (I believe it was mentioned that it was broken already in past reviews, which means it still hasn't been fixed)."
