“Basic complex that fulfilled our needs as property is located on the ocean and walkable to Coligny stores. These are small condos but fine for the two of us. Furniture was new and decorated nicely. The shower needs more water pressure but was nice step-in style. The cabinet in bed area was nice to put suitcases up off floor.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Pool and beach were nice. Owner easy to work with. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained. ”

“Cottages are Close enough to everything but definitely would want to drive and use the public parking lot for beach access. Our unit was clean, nice (but dated) definitely felt for the price it should have had more updated decor. We did enjoy the community though and the location to the pool was great! Would stay again.”

“This is not ocean view/ocean front. You can walk a short distance or ride in a golf cart shuttle to beach. All was clean but checkin difficult. Gatekeeper didn't have my name to give me my parkng pass to allow entry, had to call owner & wait awhile for response. ( they shud be awaiting your arrival near their phone to help w any probs upon checkin) It was getting dark & difficult to see apt & bldg #s & this place is HIGE I had to ask ppl staying at this property to help me find this apt.……

“Just what we needed. Beach, bike rides and fantastic seafood dinners in the Low Country. The condo was in the perfect location and enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio before heading out to the beach. We will be back!”

“Condo was clean and very close to the pool and beach (5 min walk with a 2 year old). There were chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and towels available. This was awesome since we were unable to bring our own. Owner was responsive and was able to answer any questions we had. Internet disconnected once and the owner was able to troubleshoot quickly in order to get us back up and running in a few minutes. We will absolutely stay here again when we go back to HHI!”

“This was great for a quick affordable getaway for 2. We really wanted 2 bathrooms. Its more like a bath and a half. Close to food, groceries, & beach. Please add a corkscrew to the kitchen inventory. I would stay again. ”
