“Cozy, comfy and conveniently located. Just a 5 minute walk to Lionshead gondola. Perfect for a couple. Had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. Bed was comfy, living area furniture too. Some reviews mentioned the accomodation was dated but I didn’t notice. It was fine for a few days stay. Anything longer I might opt for a larger apartment. Overall enjoyed our stay and recommend.”

“This VRBO is perfectly located to enjoy the slopes and the town of Breck. It was amazing to have access to the parking garage through the afternoon on our day of checkout. Perfect for 2-3 people. Note that there is no ski locker - we kept our skis in the car. The kitchen is perfect for breakfast or heating up a quick meal but not equipped for much beyond the basics. That's ok - there are so many restaurants in easy walking distance. Loved this place and will be back!”

“We enjoyed your time at the condo. It was clean and mostly well stocked with what we needed. It was easy to get into the condo. The guide book was perfect for all checkin, checkout, and everything else we needed. The location was a close drive to Breckinridge downtown”

“This was a beautiful, well equipped condo in what has become our favorite building in Breck. The condo is steps away from town, on the town transport line to get to the gondola (stop is right outside the front door), and has a helpful front desk to answer any questions about Breckenridge (and take your skis or board to store in a locker). The condo itself has views of town and the mountains, is updated, comfortable, and has everything you would need. We had a wonderful stay and would rent……

“Great condo and great view with afternoon/evening sun. The condo was great for the two of us but with only one bathroom it might be difficult for a group or four or five if you planned to use the two pull out sofa’s. The condo kitchen is well furnished and it’s a short walk to the pool and hot tub.”

“The rental itself is quite nice - very well refurbished and modern, clean appearance. Very comfortable stay. The apartment complex itself is fine but nothing fancy. Location is excellent and closer to Main street than I expected. The property is managed by a local property manager and WILDLY OVERCOMMUNICATED with tons of emails to point of making it confusing. When it came time to check-in, I had to reference one email for the address, another separate email for the door code, and a non-VRBO app……

“Nice 3-bedroom condo, lots of comfortable space. Only issue we had was the TV wasn't working properly (couldn't get Disney+ or netflix to work), but we punted to a different option. The mgt company said they'd let the owners know. Otherwise, it is as advertised.”

“We had a great weekend getaway with friends at Sawmill Creek at the end of the ski season. It would be nice if the cancellation terms were a little more flexible (non refundable starting 2 weeks prior) but it was a great deal with nice space and amenities. It’s a great location with an easy walk to the gondola @ 10 min with ski gear and Main Street. We look forward to staying there again.”

“The property is in a great location and everything about the property is great except a few little details. The ceiling fans haven’t been cleaned in a while and in the bathroom with the washer and dryer there is a musty smell somewhere in that bathroom. I would stay there again because of location and floor plan of the unit. The property manager responded to issues in a very timely manner.”

“Spacious, well-maintained, loved the balcony & proximity to the ski lifts and a few local bars/restaurants. The hot tub was also nice.”

“Cozy, comfy, peaceful, great location... Everything you need is provided. Bed was comfy too. Only suggestion is to have curtains that block the light better in the bedroom. The blinds and sheers didn't do much to block morning light when we wanted to sleep in.”

“We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”
