I booked this hotel for 3 reasons. The airport shuttle, the on-site restaurant and the pool. The pool isn’t even in the same build-you need to walk (which is fine) but be warned if you’re from a North American country, they will not accept men’s swim trunks that aren’t a speedo. This info should be advertised on the website. The on-site restaurant. After a long day of travel, we were looking forward to a meal. My wife and I sat down and 15 min went by before I went to reception to ask if they had someone working. (Hours were 1200-0000, so they were open). After finally having someone take our order it took an hour for a salad and a sandwich. The food was okay, but the service was very poor. The shuttle. The arrival of the shuttle of the airport was prompt and easy to find. However, taking the shuttle from the hotel was not prompt. We prebooked a shuttle for noon and when we went to catch our shuttle, we were informed the 1130 shuttle hadn’t left yet. We were not informed of the delay and would have made alternate arrangements if we needed to. The beds were comfortable and the glass was soundproof. We couldn’t hear a single plane. But next time I will spend the money on the Sheraton.

Also, someone tried to enter the room while I was sleeping and the receptionist called and asked my name as if they weren't sure who they assigned the room to. The price I paid and the room did not match up.

Not satisfied at all. The staffs were not friendly nor knowledgeable. A phone in the room wasn’t working, a drain on shower was plugged, a bedding was dirty. It was too far from the airport and we booked two nights but stayed only one night. Will never go back.

The people here were so courteous and kind I cannot say more about them. The hotel was clean and properly kept. If you want to go for a walk, there’s a little town nearby and I was able to put in 6000 steps to stay for exercise. The only issue I had was the taxi cab driver out to the hotel from downtown Paris. Instead of Charging the $65, which is the going rate from to the airport, the driver drove around and ran up the price. We had a little discussion and the hotel, intervened and paid the difference How Is that for customer satisfaction And going out of the way? Just so you know, I went back downstairs after I checked in to repay the difference because I didn’t think it was fair for the hotel to pay the difference They refused to accept my money. I would go back here and stay in a second. Great place great people. And the shuttle And the shuttle to the hotel was from the hotel to the airport Was perfect

Check in was easy and the staff in person were very nice. I did need to call the hotel from the airport and asked to speak with someone in English and was told, "tomorrow". I repeated what I needed and was again told the same thing and the woman hung up on me. I don't even know what she meant by that response; it was very frustrating.

The property is very state of the art. The breakfast was a very nice selection and very spacious. The rooms were light and very bright if desired. A different feel than what I am used to, but like it a lot. My only regret for this hotel is the location from the airport. Quite a distance away. The shuttle service was very nice.

This 4 star hotel is good. However, the free airport shuttle is not that great. I contacted them and they told me to wait at the Roissybus. At first, I thought I have to get on the Roissybus. But then I realized they are picking up at the Roissybus station. Anyways, ended up waiting for 40 minutes in the cold for the free shuttle to arrive.
