"Marx is an excellent host and the location is very convenient and central to visiting the different parts of LA. The amenities were especially wonderful - there were snacks, food readily available in the fridge, stocked kitchen, as well as washer/dryer. "A lovely spacious studio apartment on the 10th floor with a beach view. Beware that it's run by a vacation rental company whose workers seem scattered and overworked. It worked for us but only because we're flexible. As soon as we walked in, we were overwhelmed by the many perfume dispensers. We quickly closed them all into the bathroom cabinet. We both had work to do & it took 4 hours to access the Wifi because the password in the guest book was wrong. They told us they would offer a discount...

We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. "

"This property is beyond any expectation. The estate is situated high on a hill and you can see a birds eye view all across the LA area depending on where you stand. It has the romance of old Hollywood’s silent film era coupled with modern amenities and comforting elegant design. The pool was particularly delightful. We will be back again!"

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
