Yearly get together
Very attentive host who responded quickly when we had a few questions and wants (like a lasagna pan and getting the tv operating). We appreciated this and found the place attractive and well organized. We had a terrific time.

Frustrating stay
The property was nice but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because there were so many rules set up by the owner and even noise sensors on the property. We lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and we were back for a reunion and had to make sure the kids didn’t make any noise in the back yard. The neighbor is the issue and came over as soon as we arrived to tell us that it was a quiet neighborhood. So our spring break was not great due to choosing this property. So if you’re going to stay here count on have fun elsewhere because for us it was very regimented.

The property is beautiful. Very far from the Vegas Strip, but easy for an Uber to get from there to there. We rarely go to the strip anymore. There is a casino very close to the property and we were pleasantly surprised by it’s location and it’s cleanliness. Green Valley Casino. We did have several phone calls regarding the ‘heated pool’. One of the main reasons for renting the property. The heated pool was working only one of the 4 days we were there. It was determined a glitch in the technology. We would totally recommend this property. The property owner responded within minutes and was very willing to fix any problems or answer any questions.

Exactly as listed. Clean and organized. We stayed with 2 teens and wanted to do a mix of Las Vegas proper and surrounding areas. I would say that if your intentions are to spend most of your time near the strip and center of Vegas than it's worth it to stay closer. It's an easy property to use Uber if you don't want to rent a car but it can take up a lot of time and get pricey on certain hours and days, especially if there is a big event near by. Overall the place is great! Pool was awesome and I would definitely book again.

Sibling Trip
Once a year we do a sibling trip. This property exceeded our expectations and the host was very easy to work with. If there are any improvements it would just be the staircase. The request from the host is no shoes in the house, which we respected, but the lip on the steps make going up and down uncomfortable on the feet. This would not stop me from renting the property again. Thank you.

Communication with the owner was excellent. She is very nice and helpful. We contacted her about the pool and she sent the maintenance guy right away. The place could use some TLC and regular maintenance. We weren't aware of the city noise ordinance before we arrived. Seemed like the neighbor kept a very close eye on us and knew when we were coming and going. A little creepy. Overall, the location is great, it fit our needs with 4 beds and the pool was fantastic! Reasonably priced to split between 4 of us.

First vacation in Vegas for Father’s Day celebration
Our stay at the property was very good the house was clean n neat and had everything we needed My daughter surprised her father and godfather on this trip which they had an awesome time What we didn’t realize was that the strip was like 15 min away n taking a taxis or Uber was very costly because we had lots of activities plan on the strip so we decided to rent a car that made our trip less expensive on the drive We also rented this property to have some fun days by the pool however once my daughter used it on Thursday we notice there was a lot of leaves in the pool so on sat we started to notice there was not only leaves but water was cloudy so I contacted the owner to let her know n she said she would get him to come out on sat but once we came back from the strip that afternoon he didn’t come n I contacted the owner again n she said she would get the pool guy out So on Father’s Day once we got up the owner texted me to ask me to send pics of the pool which I did but after a couple of hours and no one came to clean it we had a couple with us who is a register nurse who told us to not get in the pool because of it not being clean and she was soo soo disappointed and broke the news to us that our Father’s Day pool party was not going to happen. So we continue getting our food together n while my husband was sitting outside he said the pool guy is n putting chemicals in the water so the owner did get the pool ready in time for our Father’s Day so we would stay here again

Under surveillance!
I have NEVER been under surveillance when renting a short term rental. From the moment (the not so helpful neighbor) informed us that the owner had many noise detectors not only outside but the entire inside of the house we felt very uncomfortable. I immediately got a notice that while grilling outside on the Fun BBQ at 730 pm the neighbor had informed the owner that we were being to loud and could we kindly go inside. The noise hours were from 9pm to 10am. In my group were a Dr, an RN and their spouses, my husband and I who are approaching our 60's. It happened the next night as well. The owners reply was "are you kidding me" about our noise level. Definitelynot relaxing! The listing doesn't mention up front that there is a base fee plus a $10 per person per night fee, including infants. Not sure why it isn't in the quote that i recieved. Put it right up front so that is not a surprise. Completely disappointed in our family vacation!!!

Nice Property, Great Location
Property is in a great location, close to most everything. House is well cared for and very clean. The back yard with pool is very nice. There were a couple of glitches for us. There was no garage door opener, which means that every time you go somewhere, you have to back your car out of the garage, go back in the house to close the garage door, then exit from the front door and lock the front door with the key. Also, the listing says there is a coffee grinder, so I bought coffee beans, and there wasn't in fact a coffee grinder. Small issues, I know. Renata was helpful and appreciative of several things we did since she was out of the country.

Amazing Property
What a great place to get a break from the hustle and bustle of the casinos. We stayed for 8 days while roping at Southpoint and enjoying all the NFR activities. Great location. You are 15 minutes from everything. Great nearby grocery store and restaurants. It was so nice to be able to get away from the night life if we wanted and super easy to Uber over to enjoy it when we wanted. Awesome place and the owner was so nice and easy ti work with. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. I especially appreciated the peacefulness of the neighborhood. It is not too far from the Las Vegas strip which made taking an Uber very reasonable. There are also two strip malls close by with all kinds of restaurants, a grocery store, a nail salon etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great House after hot days playing golf
The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was awesome and felt so good to get into after playing golf all day in the heat. There were 6 of us and we all felt like there was plenty of room in the house, bedrooms were great, patio was great. We had a great time in the house!!
