The parking lot could be more secure and the light in our bathroom didn’t work but the AC was nice and it was a convenient location.

The pool opened later than the scheduled time. Asked the attendant at the hotel multiple times and didn’t respond in a reasonable manner. She kept saying someone will go open it when they get to it. The pool didn’t have towels, they took almost 2 hours to get them out. Better customer service is necessary. This hotel industry doesn’t care about customer satisfaction any more. The food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t good, very poor quality and very expensive.
