Pros: Location at the beginning of Fremont St. Cons: Sheets and other areas of room little dirty. The AC is extremely loud. When on we were freezing when it turned off we started burning up in the room. Lack of sleep from AC made trip exhausting and miserable! We will not be staying here again. Third time in Vegas and this was the worst stay. First time Luxor, second time Excalibur both of those hotels were great!

The “resort fee” seemed a little ridiculous. A resort it was not. There was a roof top pool that they charged you to use their sunscreen. In place of like spas or whatever else you would call a “resort” you had passed out homeless people. So that was cool. Overall not a bad place tho

The staff, from the moment you check in until the moment you leave, are very professional and go out of their way to make sure you have a nice experience. We were upgraded, because it was our anniversary, and my wife lost her cell phone. The security guard had my wife’s phone and got it back to her with no problems.

Disappointed that the info we saw said an arcade since we had kids, but, it didn't. Diffucult to navigate entrance and how to get in. Very few supplies in the room. Room was clean.Don't get a roll away! Coils only.

The alarms went off @ 1:30 AM on the 20th floor and only the 20th floor telling us to leave our room because their was an emergency reported in the building. We went down the 20 flights of stairs and got down outside and one of the cleaning ladies asked us what we were all doing and nobody else had a clue what the issue was until we got to the lobby and they said someone was either vaping or smoking out in the hallway. The alarm scared us but we understood it wasn't the hotels fault that someone set off the alarms.
