The property needs a facelift, it's looking old, especially the guest rooms. The bathroom shower tiles are broken, and towels are thin. TOO expensive minibar. Need more coffee stations in the lobby near elevators.

The entire property was fairly nice. My big dissatisfaction was the fact that I was on floor 35 and loud, pulsating music played until 11pm a couple of floors above me and then loud conversation happened for the next several hours. You could also hear the 18 wheeler trucks zooming by all night in the highway!

This hotel venue is outstanding for its diversity in events and choices for entertainment for any and all guests. We did early check through MGM Rewards App. Digital check in new to us but the staff here were helpful in printing our keys and so professional! Only problem is that the in room communications with front desk is minimally cumbersome but had to use my cell phone get through. Not a big issue once acclimated to all the overly numerous QRC’s necessary. What has happened to people? In this AI Era we have entered into there is the good, bad, and hope never ugly.

The Delano was an excellent option. Mandaly Pool was too packed to even enjoy. No where to sit .

Loved this hotel. Only complaints would be there is nowhere to get food after 10pm, and the front desk gives you zero info when checking in. There is a tram that takes you to the strip right from the hotel. They don’t tell you that tubes for the lazy river are not provided. You buy them for $40. My advise is bring your own and you can blow them up with their machines there. You can pay extra for late checkout so that was helpful!

The room was nice, the pools decent, the location okay. Traveling with 3 children this hotel was okay. Our fire alarm went off at 1 AM one night, if you touch the concessions in the room they charge you! It’s $25 for a bottle water and $16 for peanut m&ms. Can’t use the refrigerator at ALL. So that made the stay a little inconvenient with having young children. When they have events and close all the roads, can be confusing to get back to the parking garage. So make sure you know your routes.

We enjoyed the property overall. The pool area is large and so pretty. We were shocked you have to pay extra if you want a fridge in your room, after paying a nightly resort fee. (But I guess that’s common now.) The room was nice, but I was expecting a tad better. I did love the bathroom… except it is the worst bathroom lighting I have ever experienced in my life. Our friends who stayed there too agreed. There was a tram to use which was helpful, but we were constantly getting turned around in the casino area so knowing where to go for that was confusing. lol We plan to stay more towards the center of the strip next time we come to Vegas. This hotel is at the very end of the strip, so getting to the other side is quite a journey. The staff was kind and helpful. It does feel luxury and give good vibes. We would stay here again some day and see why people like it. So there are my down to earth opinions lol

Check-in was tedious and slow. Bellman at bag checkin was rude.I got placed in adjacent Delano building. This $400 night room view was horrible. 15 minute walk to front lobby.crowded. expensive.

Beautiful property, rooms are large and comfortable. There is a up charge for everything. 2 drinks $67 at the pool plus gratuity. Intertubes are not a part of the lazy river but can be rented at a cost of $37. This is just a small example.

I love the fact it's at the end of the strip. It was quiet, clean with a tram to get you to another part of the strip. The room was very nice. However, we had high winds and the tape aroused the base of the floor made a loud high pitch noise. My wife struggled to get to sleep. Over all we had an amazing time we would definitely visit again.

Quality is not up to other resorts in the area. Would not stay here again as rooms are very out of date and not clean. Shared amenties such as lotions and soaps is gross.
