They closed the pool for the 4 days we were there. The only criteria my wife and kids wanted for the stay - a good pool !!!! They didn’t offer any good alternatives… I was not gonna spend 2 hrs going and coming from pools of other hotels !!!!

Has valet parking and regular parking legit right next to the lobby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally gave free starbucks drinks and parking access to go in and out of the parking garage with no cost.

We did enjoy our stay at the Elara. Safe, quiet, clean :) My only disappointment was because regrettably the pool was out of commission due to a construction accident which included major glass breakage :( SO wanted the convenience of the pool to relax. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate us by setting up an arrangement with Planet Hollywood to use their pool which required us to walk through the miracle mile, the casino to lobby then elevator to pool…. Enough said. Lesson learned.

I have been to Vegas 20 times and always stayed on the strip or fremont. I wasn't sure what to expect about the Elara, but as it turns out, it's basically on the strip, only about a 200 yard walk. The pool was very nice and clean, the access to Planet Hollywood and the shopping area was only a 5 minute walk, and the staff treated you like royalty. The room was clean and very nice with electric blinds and a kitchnette. I would definitely stay here again. Super easy strip access, yet a nice quiet place to come back to at night.

We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and because it was in the center of the strip. The pool was closed the entire weekend - it was Memorial Day! We had to walk 15 min. to the nearest pool and had to pay for a chair! And on top of that you have to listen to a sales pitch when you check in for their hotel club. Probably won’t stay here again….

[everything was great except the swimming pool was closed. I didn’t get a chance to get in the pool. A steam room with a sauna would be great next time otherwise everything was.

My family of 4 stayed at the Elara between 19-23 May 2024 in the 1 Bedroom suite. The room was spacious with an excellent view of the Eiffel tower, Sphere and other well known landmarks in the area. A well maintained kitchen and washer/dryer made sure we were to manage our day-to-day requirements suitably. Connectivity to Miracle Mile shops as well as other notable landmarks in the area was an added plus. Had a great time on the whole at the Elara. Look forward to coming back some time soon.

The pool was closed unexpectedly and the only option was to walk to The Flamingo. That is a 20 min walk and a cab or Uber voucher should have been provided. I came specifically for the pool time.

Property was nice but while staying there the hotel experienced some window panes that broke above the pool. The entire pool area was shut down and closed. No relaxing by the pool area at all and The pool was being drained also.

Pool area had a large piece of glass that fell off of the building and burst all over causing it to be closed.and staff left it all in place keeping the pool closed for three days.

Everything was great! Michael at the front desk gave us exceptional service! I’m gradually leaning toward the Hilton properties over Marriott and have not been disappointed. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Vegas!

Hotel was conveniently located. Close to Bakkt Theatre, Vegas Strip and shopping. Studio rooms had great kitchenette. Would recommend a small eating area with table and chairs. Also would recommend better coffee facilities and an upgrade in quality of coffee supplied. Definitely would stay again on next visit.

I was assigned to the wrong room, not cleaned, maybe another guest’s room, at first. Besides, the bathtub was not clean since dust or mold showed up when I used jet bubbles. The washer and drying machine didn’t work normally and made my clothes locked for a few hours. Overall, the room and pool were fine and the staff were friendly, but those points above could be better.

Pool closes to early (8pm). Can’t turn chairs or life guards tell u to put them back and line them up straight. Just a little bit much and annoying. No mirrors in room except in bathroom.. so strange!!!’ Not a one!! Security guards by elevators always pleasant!!! And very helpful! Too far to walk to monorail.. better areas. Over all ok!!!! but won’t be back!!’
