Wasnt fun being woken up but the loud elevator clanking all night and the shower didnt have a slider so it was impossible for water to not get everywhere.

Why does the shower have half a door in the room. Therefore getting the floor wet. Other than that it’s convenient

Hotel rooms did not include coffee maker, coffee supplies, refrigerator, clock, or bottled water that we see in every hotel where we stay. The coffee was good, but price was very high. Shower did not have doors. Water sprayed or flowed out all over the bathroom floor. It was slippery and messy.

Had disposable eyelashes on the floor soon as i walked in the door and smelled like cigarettes! Went to see if i could switch rooms and the lady said in two days, for 50 more dollars a day! Spoke with a manager he said he was going to waive 30 of that never did so and charged me more amenitie fees! Just do business!

First time staying here and enjoyed it. It was easy to park and I did self check-in at the kiosk in the lobby. Our room was clean and we slept great. The hotel is in the middle of the strip so it was easy to walk to everything and there are plenty of food options. I would stay again!

I went with my wife and we stayed 3 nights. Had a great experience. The location was great. Lots to do within a short distance. The staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again. I do recommend the rewards program.

It is a great hotel and great people, the only thing is that you pay upgrade for a room with the view at the strip….. but is only the direction to the strip not view of the street….overall it was agreat stay

The property was clean. However, we left our room and the maid came in while we were gone and the beer salt for our Tequila was missing. There were 3 people staying in the room and never enough wash clothes or towels. We had to request wash clothes at 12am. Overall, the experience was nice and would stay again.

The property is outdated. Their is half a shower door so the water gets all over the bathroom floor. The closest is in the bathroom in the open. The iron has to be the cheapest iron they could find. The towels weren't clean.

The person who checked us in was awesome. I think there are some hidden costs but overall I was very satisfied with our stay. Very quiet when we were in our room. We had the view of the sphere I don’t think I will pay extra for that next time. Ok view but really the view was the link parking garage.

Hotel is in a very good location on the strip. Very clean rooms. Extremely clean sheets and towels. The only peoblem in all hotels is that they allow smoking in the casinos.

Overall I think Harrahs was a nice, clean, very great location. The rooms were in good condition. There was one day that I did not receive room cleaning, but I did have the "Do not disturb" on till about 10a.m. The shower had only one door which led to water getting on the floor if I did not put towels down. Every staff person that I came in contact with was very nice. If I had any complaints, it would be that they did not accept cash as payment for the "resort fee". The resort fee was also fairly high for an "affordable" Hotel/Casino. I also did not like a few of the "street performers" outside of the casino.There were a few that borderline rude. I would stay again though.

Room was dirty, stains on the sheets, feather pillows were horrible. Feathers all over our bed, poking us in the face as we slept. I got a horrible migraine and inquired about a late check out and Harrahs wanted 70bucks to check out late. Kinda disappointed probably will not stay there again. We spent a lot of money in the casinos, and we couldn’t even get a 2 hour late check out. I was so very I’ll, and very dissatisfied with Harrahs customer service.

I like the fact that it was easy access to Uber and taxi pick up. What can be improved is the bathroom shower needs a sliding door water was all over the place. More towels in the room. The AC wasn’t as cold but the bed was comfortable
