Great place but needs some work
This property suited our group of 8 well for a 2-night stay, with its appearance matching the online listing and a convenient location near stores and a 20-minute drive to the strip. However, several issues prevented a 5-star review. Communication with the property manager was non-existent until check-in day, requiring multiple contacts to receive entry instructions. We were compensated with an early check-in for these troubles. Additionally, we faced a lockout due to a faulty door code, resulting in a 1.5-hour wait while a technician fixed the issue by replacing the lock's batteries. This could have been avoided if a thorough inspection had been conducted prior to our stay, and to be safe, could have just started our stay with a fresh set of batteries if they knew this was something that could happen.
Lastly, as cozy and spacious this house is, it does need a few things to make it a functional vacation home. Firstly, each bathroom and bedroom should have its own trash can/basket. Secondly, each bedroom should have some kind of mirror. Lastly, the bedrooms facing east should have blackout curtains because the shutters do not prevent the sunlight from blasting in early in the morning.
To summarize: Great place & location. Communication and preparation for guest stays needs improvement.
