The property was clean. I liked the feel of old Rome that they try to portray. There is a lot to do on property if you choose too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property, especially the casino floor, was far to smokey. If it's not realistic to have the property smoke free, they should at least have area's where smoking is not permitted, or rather, have designated smoking areas.

The concert venue was great! Made it easy to get to and from the concert. Other than that I left a day early because of the noise and issues across the hall from my room.

No bath robes, not enough sun beds, too many rent me beds. Main pool never open, we were there 10 days. Some days allowed to take drinks poolside other times turned away, very confusing. Poor vegetarian options, high priced food and drinks compared to other hotels, even the Wynn was cheaper. Only 2 devices can use free Wi-Fi we were a party of 3 and one of us was expected to 15 dollars a day, for our 10 night stay that's 150 extra extortionate on top of the resort fee. Not sure what you got for the fee, as we never got to go in the main pool. Been Vegas 11 times, this was by far the worst stay for the money

Booked two rooms for 8 people and when we got there, they gave us keys to rooms which were occupied already. Waited for two hours to resolve. We had to split up in different towers. According to staff, rooms are first come, first serve. Thought when you book your room and paid for it, it should be available when you get there. Guess not. Wouldn’t stay here again. Disappointed!

Caesar’s is our go-to place to stay on the strip for numerous reasons. It has excellent dining options, plenty of transportation and taxi cab access, is located in the middle of the strip and has lots of gaming options. You have the typical drunk young kids (like any resort) but it’s just a great place to stay.

Staff at times wasnt helpful. I was gambling with my wife. The waitress wasn’t around for over 30 minutes. I walked over to the bar and asked for a bottle of water for my wife which was sitting in eye site of the bartender. Refused to offer me a water and said I needed to pay $8 for a bottle or go out side and pay the same for a larger one or wait for the waitress. When checking out and wanted to have a meal at the buffet I was told you can not bring luggage into the dining room and had to take it to the “bell service” next to the security station. Never giving me a way to get there just pointing instead of where to go. I asked other staff walking and was direct to the reservation desk. I finally found the security station and he told me I had to go outside and wait then looked away at his monitor and addressing me anymore. I went back to the buffet and see others with carry on bags in line and seated and the staff is not even questioning them just telling me I can’t being in my bag. Not the experience I was expecting at a hotel like this. Will consider other properties for my next stay.

I like the number of pools and the number of restaurants to choose from. I also like the convenience of the location so close to so many things to do. Very Walkable. My hotel room smelled completely of smoke, it was disgusting.

Really felt like we were nickle and dimed for everything. Especially front desk at check in and checkout. Early check in fees and useless upgrades are misleading at best with what you get. Buyer beware….They tried to pin us for using the mini bar even though we didn’t touch it.

I had thought this hotel was as great as Wyne and other top hotels in Vegas, finally I was a bit disappointed that room is not clean. The telephone set was covered with heavy dust, like they did not clean it for a month. Room is spacious and view is great. Need improve room cleanness.
