"This house was perfect for our group. It was very clean. There was plenty of space to eat and sleep and TONS of fun amenities - no one was bored. The communication with the property managers was amazing. I received friendly reminders about trash/recycling. We did have a minor issue one evening. I sent a text to the property managers to notify them. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of my text and the issues was resolved that evening. That is fantastic customer service. I would recommend...

"Loved the house very cozy had everything we needed 5 min to the beach close to a Walmart market and starbucks. Only negative the driveway does not hold 4 cars it holds a large suv and that’s about it but can park on street. The beds were ok not super comfortable but manageable for 2 nights. Has plenty of linen and beach towels which was a huge plus."

The property is located in a neighborhood away from the crazy beach life but it is close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops and an easy drive! The pool was nicely heated-only thing would be to update the pool toys-a lot were broken or had holes in them. It was not a big deal to us though. Cory was a wonderful host! "This is an amazing property!! The house exceeded our expectations! Loads of room and the host provided many games in the house.. Ms Pacman, ping pong, air hockey, and foosball, to name a few!! We all had so much fun!! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The host was very accessible and responsive to every question or concern we had. Highly recommend this 5 star VRBO!!
