I was in my room doing some work at the desk when to my surprise I was greeted by a Cockroach scurrying across the desk.

We have stayed here in the past visiting family and it was nice. We decided to come back after staying in 2 other hotels for security reasons (I know everything about the crime in Lancaster, since it was my job). I was not surprised that this area is still a place to roll the dice for vehicle burglaries and sketchy people hanging around. I made sure I parked my vehicle close to the front door. The room was old although it was clean. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. Everything went well until I was walking my service K9 through the lobby when a woman was coming down the hall with 2 dogs, a loose one and a pit bull on a leash pulling the woman towards my K9. I had to move fast to avoid an altercation. The staff was concerned for our safety and they did reprimand the lady for having a loose dog and vicious dog in the hotel. Other then that it went as I expected. You get what you pay for trying to save money. I am doubtful I will return.

Really enjoyable staying at the Oxford suites love the amenities toiletries and overall property condition was great

Security attempted to open my door in the middle of the night with about her guest. When we opened the door they acted confused that we were there. Then the front desk called and told us we were supposed to be in a different room. I told them that was a mistake on their end because our keys and information all matched the room we were occupying. No apology or anything for any member of the staff. We left early I didn’t feel safe sleeping there another night.

Had a Pleasant Stay Staff Housekeeping and Even Maint. Gary and Art were ahhhmazzing They knew i came from out of state and they made sure the pool was cleaned and Avail for me to swimming I truly enjoyed my stay!!!!

The beds were very uncomfortable to the point that I could not sleep and ended up with a sore neck. Then for breakfast the gentleman who was cooking & taking our tickets was not very friendly.

I liked how clean it was and I felt like I was in a brand-new Hotel. VERY CLEAN.
