"Our 3 families of 12 people enjoyed the location, roominess, cleanliness of the condo. Tip: Backing into the parking spaces is easier in the narrow alley. A prior review said furniture was dated- not true. We’ve stayed in some shabby rentals; this was fine. The condo had high end appliances. Large open space, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms and pool 2. The bathrooms supplied soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers 3. The property had a great layout and beautifully decorated. "Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. "This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. "This property was in good proximity to Disneyland, which was the basis of our vacation and stay in Anaheim. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was nice and clean. The amenities of having a pool table, big screen TVs, hot tub, and swimming pool made our family vacation enjoyable."

"This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

"Beautiful villa, amazing amenities with outdoor fireplace, hot tub and views of the golf course and Catalina. The only hiccup was the refrigerator didn't work. We notified the owner and they were quick to respond, but it did take the resort a full day to provide a mini frig. Between the mini and the wine frig, we made it work. However, not ideal for the amount of money paid for the unit. I hope it gets fixed before the next tenants."

"Our stay at Mesa Bella was beyond words. The entire property was beautiful and so much more than I expected. We brought a large group of students to attend a video production competition, and the house was absolutely perfect. Mark, one of the owners, was wonderful. He was attentive and responsive and even helped us with a story. Jose, the security head, was professional, made us feel at home, and most of all kept us safe. "There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"
