“Good ladies at the desk. Helpful. As was johnnie at night. Great location for food dispensaries abs regis university.. bars gas stations and major arteries.. easy lyft/uber pickup- mcoys, winchells, 7-11, fried chicken 🍗, mickey ds, the tavern, on & on... great area.. good stay ..i ate mcoys every day”

“The rooms are dated but the staff and rooms were great. We were hiking and had early morning but never had a proboem with noise. Clear Creek running along the back was amazing. We left the rear sliding door open whenever we were there. It was extremely relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Had an issue with fridge working but they came within 2min of calling the office to fix it. We hope to be back again!!”

“Tiffany was excellent! Had me checked in in minutes, super efficient, friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.”

“The hotel was very clean, bathroom and all. They were upgrading all the rooms down the hall from me, but that was no issue. I could only say to add a lamp at bedside. The over bed light was a little much for just relaxing for a while. And a much better price than the others in the area. If you need 5 stars, then pay another $1-200 per night! Thumbs up.”

“This motel was exactly what you paid for. The young woman who works long hours at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the check in process smooth. There were two zipties still attached to either side of a clothing rack in the wardrobe area of our room. As if someone had been tied up there. An obvious oversight by the cleaning staff that gave me a very uneasy feeling. The rolling chair to the desk was so stained and disgusting I put it outside just to get it out of our room.……

“This motel is very economical and as a result bare bones with respect to amenities. It was clean and functional has not been refurbished in decades. Our nonsmoking room was filled with smoke so we had to get another. It took me many phone calls/emails to get my money back for 2 unused nights after we checked out (to there credit, we did get our money back in full).”
