"There were 9 of us, friends & family, ranging in age from 29 to 72. This house is modern, spacious, comfortable, and cheerful. The 1st level has a patio, a spacious yard leading to the lake, and the entrance to the elevator (a big asset) which goes up to all 3 floors. The house is on stilts (as are many houses on that street). There are no rooms on the 1st level. The 2nd and 3rd floors have the bedrooms and bathrooms. Both floors have kitchens. "Our family of 4 spent a 3-day weekend at this property; only ventured off-site once because staying at the house was sooooo relaxing. We opted to cook our meals in their well-appointed kitchen AND sit on the balcony deck taking in the beautiful view (I wish I could attach my photos of the sunsets we saw each evening). "Everything was very clean and was exactly what was represented in pictures and as described. Had a small problem with wifi after a 10-20 second power outage. Owner was quickly responsive and helpful. All in all, a satisfactory experience."

"The rental was a great set-up for our family, had plenty of space and comforts for all, was clean, had everything we needed. The location was great for stores, restaurants and some great hikes. Rental had great access to the lake and a private dock with roof so not even the rain could spoil our fishing. If our family go to Lake Travis again this VRBO will be the first one we will check for availability, so glad we found it."

"This condo is in the perfect location - you can go to the Lakeway pool or walk down to the marina (it’s a steep walk though). The host was very accommodating and the house was well stocked. If you have small children there are a lot breakable items we had to move away from their reach."

"We stayed here for a few days in August. It was nice and quiet for our stay. Unfortunately, due to the level 4 drought, there was no water views (it was dry). We took advantage of the pool to cool off, which was nice, but not the cleanest pool with cloudy water. We used the guest parking lot because the space in front of the unit was difficult to access with a full-sized SUV due to the tight turns, steep declines, and the neighboring guests parking in a way that blocked us.
