“The stay was great. The place was very nice and comfortable. I was awesome bc my mom was able to have a high school friend come visit.”

“Since we live 2 hours away, we spent one night here in order to be on time for a medical procedure at the nearby Marshfield Clinic fairly early the next morning. We found the room clean and comfortable, just what we needed. The heater in the room was quiet and kept an even temperature. Breakfast included waffles and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, rounding out the usual fare of cereal and breadstuffs. The pool area was locked but that wasn't a problem for us since we wouldn't have used it……

“This house was great!! It’s across from a pretty lake, it had a great cottage feel, and the outside was really charming. We brought our 2 dogs so we loved having a fenced in yard and a gate at the driveway. It wasn’t super secure but we had bigger dogs that wouldn’t fit thru an opening. That was a huge plus for us. We went in winter to do a little ice fishing on the lake and that was great. There was access to the ice right down the road. We didn’t catch many fish but it was still so fun. A……

“Perfect for access to downtown, the lake, and the trail. Can get a little loud at night being right across from the Thirsty Whale, but we knew to expect that. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“We had another great stay at this cabin! The place is very clean, organized and has everything you need. The owner is very nice, responsive and checked-in to see if we had everything we needed, as well as when we left. We used their new firepit, which was excellent! We walked up to the area restaurants, bars and shops and spent time fishing off of the pier where we caught about 10 fish (blue gills, crappies, sunfish). We also went out on Lake Minocqua and Tomahawk Lake (with a guide we arranged)……
