Beautiful new holiday home with private swimming pool in the garden suitable for 6 people



Our luxury vacation home is located in Lake Wales, centrally in Florida, in the middle of the orange plantations. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped with all the luxury you want for a wonderful holiday. In the garden you will find the beautiful private swimming pool. From the terrace and swimming pool you can enjoy the wonderful sunny days and the warm evenings that Florida offers throughout the year.

Spacious, cozy living room with TV and DVD. The living room is adjacent to the open kitchen with bar, making it pleasant to talk from the kitchen with friends and family in the living room. Have a drink with a snack at the bar if you want to relax in the cool surroundings of the air conditioning after a wonderful afternoon at the pool!

The spacious kitchen has a stove, extractor, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. The spacious dining table seats 8 people.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a chest of drawers with television. The large walk-in closet offers a lot of space for storing clothes, shoes and suitcases.

In the second bedroom you will find a queen-size bed and a large walk-in closet for storing all clothing, suitcases and personal items.

The third room has 2 single beds, also has a large walk-in wardrobe and a TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom is connected to a large luxury bathroom with toilet, 2 sinks, large walk-in shower and a wonderful large corner bath with 3 seats.

The second bathroom is on the other side of the house, between the 2 bedrooms. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

There is a large amount of towels.

In the back garden there is a heated swimming pool of 10 x 4 meters, surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. The electric barbecue is located in the covered lanai, where you can sit in the shade. The entire back garden is surrounded by a screen, so you can also sit outside in the evening without being bothered by insects. And of course you can enjoy the beautiful view ...!

Peaceful place!
A wonderful visit in this clean and comfortable home. The pool and patio were so enjoyable on the hot summer days! House was stocked with everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable. Although my mobile carrier (T-Mobile) didn't get a signal there, it was no problem at all due to the 5G wireless network. Everything worked great using that. Cherry Pocket Steak & Seafood Shack down the road had great music and food, and the convenience store across from them came in handy. It's about 15 minutes "to town" and supermarkets, etc. I would definitely stay here again, happily.

My family really enjoyed the house! Spacious and clean. Amazing heated pool and outside space to hang out. Furniture has been updated since pictures in listing, third bedroom has one large bed instead of two singles but we were fine with that. A lot of family games, some toys for young children, pool toys, everything you need to cook meals, washer and dryer, pedestal fan, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. A couple minutes from Cherry Pocket and a small convenient store. 15 minute drive to everything else you need. Great communication with owners, very fast response when messages sent. We will definitely be staying at property again!

Perfect Family Gathering
My siblings and my wife hosted my father for his 90th birthday here at Lake Wales, just miles from where he was born in Winter Haven. Annette and Edo’s home was so comfortable and spacious and allowed for relaxed family quality time. The large kitchen and dining area allowed us to do a great deal of cooking and dining. The heated swimming pool was so enjoyable too ! We also enjoyed re-visiting Bok Tower and its gardens very much.

The house was really great and we had an amazing time, especially in the pool. The only thing is that whenever we tried to use our phones or watch tv, the WiFi kept going on and off, maybe it was because of the area I’m not sure.. but other than that it was great experience since we got to go fishing for the first time.. The house is comfortable. The check in prices was easy and the property manager provided simple clear instructions. The pool is really nice, heated, cool underwater effects lights. The neighborhood is very quiet, in a rural private setting. There is a fish camp and small grocery just a couple of miles away.
