Pack your bags and settle in to our newly renovated home located down the beautiful Westshore of Lake Tahoe. Chamberlands Pier bar and restaurant to enjoy sunset adventures with family and friends! The home has ample sleeping space and a large living room for the whole group to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals, and enjoy in the dining room or sunny deck! Enter into a grand foyer with river rock décor. There are 2 bedrooms and shared bathroom on this level to separate the group. Head upstairs to an open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area. The master bedroom is located off the kitchen and has its own private balcony and full bathroom.

Location:
Tahoma offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from the Chambers Landing Bar and Grill, which is located next to a nice sandy public beach. Or venture a few miles south to Sugar Pine Point State Park to enjoy fishing, sandy beaches, historic tours and more hiking trails. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails.

Parking:
* Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Two in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking per county ordinance.

Other things to Note:
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an usually hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
* Dog Friendly: Maximum number of dogs allowed is 2, additional fees apply per dog.

*Renters must be 25+
*Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults

Quiet, well-appointed and convenient
My husband, two adult children, and I stayed in the property and found it to be perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals, and the areas for spending time together and talking were nicely decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and the location was convenient for hiking trails and restaurants in Tahoe City.

Overall beautiful home in very quiet and convenient location. Full with everything you may need for your stay. We need it to do couple repairs before we started using the bathroom down stairs. Shower drain was clogged and one sink were clogged. My husband had to do it so we can take shower. Storm door on the balcony was misplaced and we had to fix that too. Cleaning service should do more deep cleaning ( found underwear in the closet and very hairy and dusty around night stands in all bedrooms. Balcony and front entrance are were not cleaned.

Dissatisfied on many fronts!
Broken front window greeted me covered by plywood and entire side of upper deck missing. Opened front door to overwhelming smell of dog urine permeating entire house coming from loft which we could never use because of smell. Bathrooms with red mold in all showers, dirty bathtub…unable to use because drain stopper broken and tub would not hold water. Both screens on sliding doors broken so could not leave doors open to help with urine smell. Only superficial cleaning done..all woodwork, doors and baseboards filthy and floors in kitchen had animal fur all over. Given the nightly cost of this rental, these issues should not exist. I would never rent this property again.

Great location
The house was well equipped with the exception of no outdoor patio table and no patio umbrella. It also didn’t have any cleaning products ie ajax, toilet cleaner, windex. This would be fine if you were there just a few days but we were there almost two weeks. We had to buy some cleaning supplies, as who doesn’t clean their sinks and toilets more frequently? Also, the patio screen doors just kept falling off the tracks. I called about this and no one came out. Hopefully, it was fixed for the next renter. The house is in a great location and I would probably rent it again.

Great house - median location.
The house and amenities within the home were fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is far enough back from the main road that it felt safe to allow our dog off leash when going out for walks. Only small downside is location. It is basically in between North/South Tahoe and so to get to either you have anywhere from a 25-45 minute drive (with no traffic). Dependent on your plans, just account for the drive time needed. Would stay here again as the house was so great!

Wonderful home that is centrally located to everything west side.... walking / hiking trails, lake, and easy drives to north shore and south lake Tahoe. House is well stocked with comfortable furniture. Neighborhood is quiet and you can hear the birds singing from the deck. Comfortable beds and nice large kitchen table for family meals/games. Tahoe / Tahoma is magical no matter what time of the year you visit. No matter how many days you plan for visiting, you will always want at least one more day!

So glad we rented this house. Family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out across three levels. Definitely appreciated well stocked kitchen with all utensils to cook. Bring your own spices oil if you need to cook. Super close to Tahoma market which has great wine selection. Hope to stay again next year!
